Printable Armstrong Pullup Program Tracker

This tracker was born out of the frustration of one Marine officer. A year since his last Armstrong program participation, he struggled to find a concise and visual reminder of each day’s workout. This is one man’s attempt at a clean, useful one page summation to help guide and track workouts.

Feel free to save, print, and share the tracker to your heart’s content. If you have any suggestions on improving its formatting, please comment below. Thank you.

Is it okay to lift weights in conjunction with this program? The weight-lifting plan I have is from the Marine Corps in order to help women with their pull-ups. I am going to start the Armstrong program tonight and I can only do 1 complete pull-up as of now.

Yes, absolutely. Study the effects and signs of overtraining and subtract training days if you begin to overtrain, but most Marines who use Armstrong still do weight and cardio training.
